Beginning undergraduate studies in Theology at Saint Vincent College, Shawn would never have predicted his career trajectory into Law Enforcement. Since then, he has contributed to a successful regionalization of local police departments, founded the School Resource Officer program for Ligonier Valley School District, and obtained several certifications in public safety, leadership, and education. Shawn Knepper approaches each day as an opportunity to exercise safety, mentorship, and education within the community he serves. By doing so, he passionately seeks to create powerful and meaningful connections in the community.
Shawn Knepper's career is as unique as his interests, but centers around the same theme - service to, and engagement with, the community through leadership and compassion.
Shawn Knepper finds joy in connecting with nature through small scale animal husbandry and learning technical skills.
